isePankur Arbitrage Court is a permanent and independent arbitrage court, created to simplify the process of solving disputes coming from loan agreements signed between isePankur users.

The Arbitrage Court only solves such disputes which parties have signed a loan agreement in isePankur and with that a voluntary agreement to solve disputes at the isePankur Arbitrage Court.

The Arbitrage Court is strictly forced to follow the court rules, which have created according to the Civil Proceedings Law section XIV.
