isePankur’s management team consists of three co-founders: Pärtel Tomberg, Mihkel Tasa and Martin Rask.

Pärtel Tomberg

Pärtel is an experienced entrepreneur and business consultant. Pärtel started his career as the logistics and development manager of Quelle launching and managing various business initiatives in Baltic countries, Central Europe and in Western Europe. His last project included outsourcing the processes of his department of 60 people to Czech Republic. During this period, Quelle’s achievements in logistics were twice nominated for the Logistics Achievement of the Year award. Pärtel is one of the authors of Logistics Handbook published by Bonnier group.

Pärtel has additionally consulted Itella Corporation’s SmartPOST and sat on the committee of Europe’s largest entrepreneurs society - Oxford Entrepreneurs.

Pärtel has also held the position of business development executive at the largest privately held distance sales company in Nordic and Eastern Europe – Halens AB. At Halens he was responsible in leading the acquisition and integration of former Quelle subsidiaries in Eastern Europe, subsequent restructuring & organisation building, business process reengineering and business & partnership development activities across 14 markets with annual turnover of 50 million euro. He has 7 years of management experience and holds a BA in International Business Administration from Oxford Brookes University (cum laude).

Mihkel Tasa

Mihkel Tasa

Mihkel is an experienced lawyer practising at Concordia law firm where he is a founding partner. Mihkel is fluent in Estonian, German, English, Finnish and Russian and has worked with various multi-national companies and law firms. Mihkel works in business and contract law, specialising on mergers and acquisitions, bond issuance and real estate.

Additionally Mihkel has significant experience with administrative law including civil proceedings. He has prepared an analysis of parts of the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia for the Constitution Assessment Committee of Estonia and participated in a committee preparing the Code of Civil Procedure.

Mihkel is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Helmes AS, the second largest software house in Estonia with an annual turnover of 13 million euro. Mihkel holds a BA in Economics from Tartu University and a degree in Law from University of Hamburg.

Mihkel is fluent in Estonian, German, English, Finnish and Russian.


Martin Rask

Martin Rask

Martin is responsible for the creation, implementation and development of the technological platform. Martin previously held a team-leader position at a Finnish software house where he was responsible for managing the development of IT-projects for many large Scandinavian multi-nationals such as Elisa, Sanoma and Alma Media providing him extensive experience on architecting scalable systems needing to support high volumes.

Furthermore he has gained valuable credit systems experience developing platforms for various credit products for Ege Group operating in Estonia & Finland. He has over 6 years of experience being the lead developer of various large-scale information systems in Europe. Martin has studied Economics at Tartu University and Computer Science at the Estonian Information Technology College.
